3 Hour HypnoBirthing® Refresher Class:
Henderson HypnoBirthing is proud to now offer a 3 hour refresher course! This class is intended for
those families who have already experienced HypnoBirth with a previous pregnancy and just want a
refresher for their current pregnancy.
Class time will be spent reviewing breathing, relaxation, visualization and deepening techniques. We
will review the Fear Release and discuss any issues or questions you might have with your current
pregnancy. This class is typically taught in a one on one setting in a private, comfortable
atmosphere.
The Refresher class consists of a review of:
• Birth Preferences
• Signs of labor
• Positive affirmations and bonding with baby
• Breathing techniques
• Light touch massage techniques
• Positions for a comfortable birth
• Birth companions role
• How to kick start a slowed labor
• How techniques are used in each phase of labor
o Breathing
o Visualization
o Relaxation & Deepening
• Birth rehearsal imagery
• Emotion and Fear Release if requested
• Q & A Session
The 3 Hour Refresher costs $50 per couple and includes class instruction and continued support
throughout your pregnancy. Please indicate which date you prefer.
